グループスタディルーム（今出川）を利用するには予約が必要ですが、2023年12月1日（金）より運用ルールを変更し、当日の予約は不可とします。

ラーニング・コモンズインフォメーションカウンターにて利用希望日の前日までに予約をし、当日は利用手続きをしてください。

Reservations are required to use the Group Study Rooms (Imadegawa Learing Commons).

The operation rule for the reservations of this area will be changed from December 1, 2023 (Fri.), then you cannot make a reservation on the day.

If you want to use this area, please make a reservation at the Learning Commons Information Counter at least one day before the day you use.

 

・予約は2週間前から受付けます。

・ラーニング・コモンズ閉室時間の15分前まで利用可能です。

（例：ラーニング・コモンズ閉室時間が22時の場合、21時45分までの利用となります。）

・予約は、ラーニング・コモンズ閉室時間の1時間前に受付を締め切ります。

（例：ラーニング・コモンズ閉室時間が22時の場合、21時にて予約受付締切。）

・予約は他のエリアも含めて、1日あたり1件、合計3件までとします。

・1件の予約は2時間を上限とし、2時間を超える利用を希望する場合は、利用終了後にエリアが空いている場合に限り、追加で利用が可能です。ラーニング・コモンズインフォメーションカウンターに申し出てください。

・予約時間開始から15分経過しても利用がない場合、自動的にキャンセルとします。

・エリアが空いている場合は、個人学習でも利用が可能です。利用を希望する場合、ラーニング・コモンズインフォメーションカウンターに申し出てください（予約はできません）。

 

・Reservations can be made two weeks in advance.

・You can use this area until 15 minutes before closing time of the Learning Commons.

(ex. If the Learning Commons closes at 22:00, you can use it until 21:45.)

・Reservations will be closed one hour prior to the closing time of the Learning Commons.

(ex. If the Learning Commons closes at 22:00, reservations will be closed at 21:00.)

・Reservations are limited to one per day, up to a total of three reservations, including reservations in other areas.

・One reservation is limited to a maximum of 2 hours.

If you want to use this area for more than 2 hours, you can use this area for additional time, as long as this area is not reserved. Please notify the Learning Commons Information Counter.

・If there is no use of this room after 15 minutes from the start of the reserved time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

・If this area is not reserved, it can be used for individual study. If you want to use this area, please notify the Learning Commons Information Counter (reservations cannot be made).
