In case that a storm warning or an emergency warning is issued or public transportation is suspended, the Learning Commons(hereafter referred to as LC) hours will be rescheduled as follows.
Issuance of Storm Warning / Emergency Warning
- If a storm warning or an emergency warning is issued for any of the municipalities in the following areas classified Area 1/Area 2 by Japan Meteorological Agency, the LC will be closed.

Suspension of Public Transportation
- The LC will be closed when any of the following suspensions of train service occur.
- In case of temporary interruptions of the following train service due to an accident, the LC will be open as usual.
